Gaurav has a Bachelors Degree in Engineering and is a qualified real estate valuer. He has a Masters Degree in Real Estate Valuation (MVRE) and is an Approved Valuer under the Wealth Tax Act and registered with Ministry of Finance, Government of India. He is also an Associate Member of the Institution of Valuers, India.

As Managing Director, he provides professional leadership to the Company to maintain an industry leadership position and provide valuation services with the highest integrity, ethical practices and international standards. A Head of Valuations, he looks after Valuations, Advisory and Consulting assignments all over India including Residential Property; Land; Commercial Property, Group Housing & Townships, Industrial Property; and more.

His valuation expertise and experience includes, but is not limited to, Residential Property; Land; Commercial Property, Townships, Industrial Property; Shopping Complexes & Malls, Hotels, Hospitals, Group Housing etc.
